Elm Records welcomes the duo of Slow Clinic and Matt Atkins to the label with their follow up to 2022's album Earthtides I, released via Whitelabrecs.

Matt Atkins is a London based sound artists who creates minimalist sound collages using a wide variety of sound sources. He runs the Minimal Resource Manipulation label and his music has been released on labels such as Rusted Tone Recordings, Flaming Pines and Complex Holiday.
